Qigong is a practice of the Heart; a practice where we look into ourselves to connect deeply with ourselves and the Universe. In Qigong, we learn to Activate our Qi, our Intelligent Life Force Energy, for the purpose of Healing Body, Mind and Spirit and Awakening to our Magnificent Soul’s Purpose and Potential. There are 15,000 registered ways to practice Qigong. The
practice taught in this class is Spring Forest Qigong. It is based on the Vision of Grand Master Chun Yi Lin. “A Healer in Every Home and a World Without Pain and Suffering” We will learn about, and engage in, 2 types of meditation. Moving Meditation includes slow, soft, repetitive movements designed to cultivate our Qi and raise our vibration to the vibration of the Universe. Internal Refinement Meditation activates and refines our Yi, our Intention. Here we incorporate breathing,
vibration from sound, and visualization to study ourselves from within. All meditations can be done standing, sitting, or lying down if need be. Please wear comfortable clothing.
