Exercising with the fit ball will assist you to improve your balance, strength, posture, coordination, cardiovascular fitness and so much more. A variety of equipment will be used. Participants should be comfortable getting up and down off the floor as we perform core work and stretching exercises on the mat. Wear comfortable clothing and footwear. Don’t forget to bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Space is limited so register early! Instructor is Shawn Hamilton.
