Description

This 3 times a week training program will sure to please you. Participants will work on improving strength, their cardiovascular system, flexibility and more. Classes are designed for those who are new to exercising with weights and those who have some experience (beginner & intermediate). Instructor is Jamie Hillier. Wear comfortable exercise clothing, indoor shoes; bring a water bottle.
