Bars, Plates & Weights: 2020 Wednesdays

This class is designed to increase participants physical strength through weight-bearing and resistance exercises. All major muscle groups are worked. We will begin with a warm up, followed by weights and finish with stretching for a complete workout. Weighted bars with weighted plates and additional exercise equipment will be used. Wear comfortable workout clothes, indoor exercise shoes. Bring a water bottle and yoga mat. Intermediate to advanced fitness level.
