Description

These low impact classes will assist you to maintain, build and improve your balance, strength, cardiovascular fitness and overall health. A variety of exercise equipment will be used. All fitness levels welcome. Wear comfortable exercise clothes, indoor sneakers, water bottle, yoga or exercise mat and be ready to have fun! All fitness levels welcome.
