Marcie Stork- Volunteer Coordinator

Hard to believe that December is here already! Seems like only yesterday that we were setting up tents for Rocks the Block, registering for fall programs and mowing our lawns!!

We are signing up volunteers to work at our Christmas and New Years dinners, talk to any staff member to sign up!

I would like to thank all of the students from the College that have come to the LSCO to work your Service Learning hours! It was great to have you here, adding that energy and new perspective to volunteering at the LSCO! Please come back again!

The seminars with North & Co. have been very well attended. Upcoming sessions on January 18, 2012 and on February 15, 2012. Remember that everyone is welcome to come!

As the year winds down I want to take this opportunity to thank all of the volunteers that have given their time, expertise and passion to keep the LSCO going! Without all of our volunteers (no, it doesnt matter if you work 1 or 500 hours, we need you all!!) the LSCO would not be able to offer the services we do for the prices we charge. Thank you for making my job easy!!

Wishing all of our members and volunteers a very happy holiday season! Thank you for your dedication and support of the LSCO!
